Our Orthodontic Services
When you work with Dr. Singh, you will receive individualized treatment focused on improving your smile and oral health. However, our orthodontic treatments go far beyond straightening teeth. We provide comprehensive treatment, including surgical options. If you or your child need advanced orthodontic care, we can help guide proper jaw development and correct dental bite issues, among other problems.
We can reshape your smile using comfortable plastic aligners while keeping your treatment discreet. Invisalign treatment is sometimes faster than braces for patients who qualify.
Many orthodontic conditions respond well to treatment in early childhood, making orthodontic treatment later, more efficient. We offer two-phase orthodontics, airway orthodontics, habit-breaking appliances, and palatal expanders.
The Herbst appliance helps correct jaw growth discrepancies, preparing patients for further orthodontic treatment.
Patients of all ages benefit from orthodontic treatment. We can help adults who never received treatment as children or have developed new issues.

Dr. Ritu Singh is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. Less than 25% of all American orthodontists have achieved this honor. She completed her DDS degree at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She performed her orthodontic residency at the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Singh leads our practice with expertise and compassion. She holds her colleagues to a high standard of patient care with attention to integrity and clinical excellence.
Dr. Ritu Singh is a board-certified orthodontist who prioritizes treating patients with care and respect. Dr. Singh serves on the board of the Michigan Association of Orthodontists. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Medford, MA. In addition to orthodontics, Dr. Singh specializes in dentofacial orthopedics.
